.bref3 - BEAGLE References Data
The BREF3 data files are related to BEAGLE. BREF3 file is a BEAGLE References Data. BEAGLE is a software program for imputing genotypes, inferring haplotype phase, and performing genetic association analysis. BEAGLE is designed to analyze large-scale datasets with hundreds of thousands of markers genotyped on thousands of samples.
