The CDML development files are related to Claris Home Page. The CDML file is a Claris Dynamic Markup Language Document. Claris Home Page was one of the earliest true WYSIWYG HTML editors, developed from 1994 on. The Claris Home Page seems to be no longer supported.

To avoid this error, you need to set the file association correctly.
