.ezd - WSxM Image Data
The EZD data files are related to WSxM. EZD file is a WSxM Image Data. WSxM is a Windows application for Data Acquisition and Processing in Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) and a wide range of microscopy or spectroscopy techniques.
