.gc2 - GENECLUSTER GC2 Output File
The GC2 data files are related to GENECLUSTER. GC2 file is a GGENECLUSTER GC2 Output File. GENECLUSTER is a novel program for detecting association in genome-wide case-control studies based on a set of known haplotypes (like the HapMap Phase II haplotypes).
