.irtp - Graphicon Interactive RealTime PHIGS
The IRTP data files are related to Graphicon. IRTP file is a Graphicon Interactive RealTime PHIGS. PHIGS (Programmer's Hierarchical Interactive Graphics System) is an application programming interface (API) standard for rendering 3D computer graphics, considered to be the 3D graphics standard for the 1980s through the early 1990s. The Graphicon seems to be no longer supported.

Can't open a .irtp file?

- Open Control Panel > Control Panel Home > Default Programs > Set Associations.
- Select a file type in the list and click Change Program.
