.nfnt - Macintosh New Font
The NFNT font files are related to Mac OS X. NFNT file is a Macintosh New Font. Macintosh fonts are stored as resources, either as type FONT or type NFNT. The two font types have the same format. NFNT (New FoNT) is new to the 128K ROM version of the Font Manager (64K ROMs ignore resources of type NFNT).

Can't open a .nfnt file?

To avoid this error, you need to set the file association correctly.
- Open Control Panel > Control Panel Home > Default Programs > Set Associations.
- Select a file type in the list and click Change Program.
