.pexe - PNaCl Executable
The PEXE application files are related to Google Chrome. PEXE file is a PNaCl Executable. Portable Native Client (PNaCl) extends that technology with architecture independence, letting developers compile their code once to run in any website and on any architecture. It is a sandboxing technology for running a subset of Intel x86, ARM or MIPS native code in a sandbox. It allows safely running native code from a web browser, independent of user operating system.
