.sfnt - QuickDraw GX Spline Font
The SFNT font files are related to Mac OS X. SFNT file is a QuickDraw GX Spline Font. QuickDraw is the 2D graphics library and associated Application Programming Interface (API) which is a core part of the classic Apple Macintosh operating system. QuickDraw has been officially deprecated. In Mac OS X v10.8, QuickDraw support was removed from the operating system.

- Open Control Panel > Control Panel Home > Default Programs > Set Associations.
- Select a file type in the list and click Change Program.
